Hudson View West-300 Albany St

As a homeowner here for many years I wonder why ANYONE would in their right mind decide to buy anything in this building. Common charges are HIGH, Management cannot be trusted and condominium is constantly always fixing something. Board of managers here(an ineffective group) actually last year wanted a cell tower built on top of our building so it can emit harmful electro-magnetic radio waves to defenseless owners down below. I have also overheard there is now a rat problem affecting entire floors below. Whats Next ? Face it you will overpay to live here and kick yourself for buying into this now rats nest ! I bought low so im OK as far as price goes and in fact for quality of life issues I may sell soon, but I advise anyone looking at this building STAY AWAY !
