Can anybody suggest some coops that have recently renovated their lobby? We'd like to look at some newer lobbies for ideas. Prefer more modern lobbies as we are a post-war building. Thanks.
We did a gut renovation to our post war lobby 3 years ago. It came out beautiful and highly functional.

We hired Forbes-Ergas as our design/architecture firm. Would recommend them highly. They also did the hallways 5 years ago.
150 East 69th (Imperial House) restored their lobby a couple of years ago -- refurbished to the original post-war design. Definitely worth a look.
I think 35 Park Ave (at 36th St) recently re-did theirs last year as well. 50 Park Avenue (borderline pre/post-war) had a renovation in progress last summer -- may be done by now.
Imperial House is a particularly good example of a quality restoration of a good design -- open minimalist modern design and decor. They could have tried to make it something it wasn't, but avoided that temptation -- something most buildings can't resist.
