Can any tenants of 2 Water please weigh in here? What do you think about Pan Am management? The yelp reviews are scathing. How do you like the building? How quickly are problems addressed/repairs made? How did Pan Am handle Sandy? I am considering renting here and would appreciate any information you might be able to share. Thanks!!
