2 Water Street questions

Discussion about
I am considering moving to 2 Water, but have some concerns for current/past residents. Pan Am management has been blasted on yelp-what has been your experience renting from this company? Is the management company accessable? Are repairs made in a timely fashion? How did Sandy affect the building? What were tenants given for the time they were without power, etc. With SO MUCH available in the financial district, would you recommend moving here? Thanks!
