That is some seriously low maintenance for that much space, wow. I'm a big fan of the renovation and think this is a superb layout. Very well done...fantastic floor plan.

Look at the listing histories for that building. One unit sold for $275K more than its asking price. Interesting.

Haha love the IVF references. Two things, the HVAC system has been done in a very wacky way, you can see it in the original listing photos. The duct work takes up half of a room. The other is, the kitchen is laid out in a strange way with the oven and fridge on one side and the range around the corner. Very weird. I would question the actual quality of this renovation.

PS the maintenance is low because the building owns the retail space which has been recently upgraded and has higher end tenants in it. This is a good thing to look for in buildings with retail space. Its a great way to keep the maintenance down. Its a bummer when the building doesn't own the space anymore like 149 E 73 and 141 E 72.
