The lack of windows in the living space make this 1 bedroom no matter how much drywall you use.

Someone should call this guy out, it's one thing to fudge this when it's a rental, but as a sale, he is falsely advertising what is simply a one-bedroom apartment, with what is probably an illegal pressurized wall in the living room. For this to be a legal 2-BR, not only does the living room need to have a direct window (not the plexiglass above the wall), but the second bedroom needs a real closet.
