Mount Morris park - what's the low down?

Such beautiful brownstone condo apts but just curious, is the Park a very busy place - perhaps noisy?

I live near Mount Morris and I'm in the park almost every late afternoon with my daughter. I don't think the park is any noisier on the weekdays than any other park. I know there was an issue on the north end of the park with some drummers that played on the weekends, but that may have been resolved by now. Not sure.
