What do you think is happening with this one? Third time on the Market now. Was twice on contract but failed...

Maybe people realize that all 3 bedrooms share one bathroom, while the maid's has its own full bath (which seems to be a problem with many pre-wars).

And the maid's bath is at the other end of the apartment.
