I have been looking for studios / small one bedrooms condos in the 700s in Downtown area (ex FiDi and Battery Park) for around one year but there almost no inventory (specially in Tribeca). What do you think of this building? I have seen the studios and they are small but nice. Do you know if there is more inventory here or any other building coming on market?

I don't like the location. Worth st has tons of traffic and there's the big AT&T tower across the street. Over priced IMO
