You may not want to move into this building. My roommate and I just dropped over $1000 on bed bug extermination, only to have them come back %u2014 most likely, our exterminators say, because they're in the pipes and coming in through cracks in the kitchen. Building management is also very unresponsive, and we never see the super anywhere on the premises.
