How do you increase the price by 100k with no improvment in the building? There's still only one elevator (which seems to be perpetually broken) and no gym, no parking, no doorman, and no rooftop deck!

Do you know if any of the units have been sold? It seems weird that they increased all of the prices. Might visit an open house and see, but after reading about how dangerous East Harlem is I may just pass on this one. Also, does anyone know how much the taxes will be once the abatement ends?
