Could anyone please identify the six rooms in this apartment? There are five at best, but six definitely seems a stretch. Are the brokers unable to count? Or just deceptive?

2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living/dining room.

It's a six, though a very small one. That big hall bathroom is a combination of the original maid's room and maid's 3/4 bath.
