Any insights on this building? There seems to be a lot moving there recently. Wondering why. On one hand, it's a great location literally steps to CP. On the other hand, it could be loud with x-town buses.

Thanks Bill. I see the maintenance was an issue then too. Perhaps the building debt also remains an issue.
