no fee short term rental

Hello, I am looking for a no fee rental in the 4.5-5k range starting march 1 for 6month - 1year term as am in the process of searching for a place to buy currently and unable to extend my current lease any longer. prefer doorman building with parking. Have not found anything that fits via all the no fee listings on the usual sources or anything sub 1yr term. Flexible wrt location. Open to dumbo, bk heights, park slope and tribeca to midtown. anyone have any leads that are not on all the usual sites?

no. but you could pay a fee of course and stop wasting your time.

Or if you didn't respond to every single similar post here with the same rhetoric...

Or if you didn't respond so quickly, like someone sitting on the computer, wishing they were out in the field with said clients...

Don't see any answer to "YahwehOrDaHighway's" comments here. Try craigslist but just know you have to wade through a lot of crap and check every day. Another option is leasebreak.com, where you can take over the remaining months on someone'e lease so no short term rental premiums. I think there are some brokers on there but mostly it is tenants directly posting. Another option is to facebook/twitter all of your friends, but I am sure you know that already.
