Need a great apt/loft for a party

Hi all, does anyone know where i can find a great apt/home in NYC (below 14th street) which is great for a 30th birthday party? Its for around 60 people. I was thinking maybe williamsburg too, but only if its got amazing views... any help?

It's not below 14th Street, but I did an event once at 336 West 37th Street lofts and it was a great space. I think there is a place on 14th Street too, but I can't remember the name and don't know if it's there. There's also a very quirky space called Alger House I think it's on Downing Street in the West Village. I visited it once but didn't end up using it but it was kind of cool, an old carriage house.
