Trump Rentals

I live in the area and I can tell you that there are lots of families living along Riverside Blvd. I see them every morning walking with their strollers and kids toward PS 166 and to the various preschools. They all seem to come from the various buildings along Riverside.

A designer friend of mind has done a fair amount of work in one of the trump buildings (the northern most building, I think). He said the the build quality of the interiors (both public areas and inside the units) was very cheap, shoddy. Don't know if you care about this type of thing since you probably aren't renovating majorly, but if you plan to stay there for a long while, it might be something to consider.
