Discussion about
We are looking to do a gut renovation of a 3 family stand-alone brick house. Trying to decide on either central air conditioning or ductless mini-split. Any thoughts about either? Our walls will be open. But - cost, aesthetic, resale value, efficiency? I keep reading conflicting opinions about both.
