Rewiring costs

Can someone someone give me an estimate to rewire a standard 750sf, 1b/1b apt in a 1960 midrise building. Needs circut breaker, new wiring, outlets(10), ceiling fixtures (2) and wall switches (5).

Assuming they're just pulling wires through the existing conduit (plus the new panel, etc.), I doubt it'll be a punishing sum.
