Looks like TCOs have started to roll in and closings are being scheduled. There was certainly a lot of anticipation in closing here from buyers in-contract. Certainly one of the most successfully sold condos in the last few years. Kudos to the developer and sales team there. Sunny.hong@decapitalmortgage.com
