Anyone can recommend an eviction attorney? Have 2 tenants in a house that I am trying to sell. One tenant is month to month and another with a lease but haven't paid rent for 4 months and both are not willing to leave. Both tenants are single mothers and each with a teenage son. Need both units to sell the house. I don't want to just evict the tenants. So I need an attorney that can negotiate with both tenant for a reasonable settlement and if needed, we can start an eviction process. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
