What is going on at Williamsburg Terrace - 197 Berry and N.3rd? The 2 large builds (one on Berry and the other on Bedford) and the block of row houses on N.3rd have been under construction for years. There was a team cleaning the lobby and it looks ready to launch.

I live across the street and have been watching this one for awhile. I haven't heard any updates, but they had landscapers filling the planters in front of the townhouses this past week.

I'd be interested if anyone has any more details.

that seems like like consesis. I know they were waiting to launch when the inventory from 80 met and north side piers dried up so we should see some movement from them soon.

It looks like the first rentals are on the market.
