Hey - Has anyone looked at these listings in Cobble Hill? There are so many of them, so (relatively) cheap, and no pics of the actual apartments. Are they all just a complete disaster?

It's a non-eviction conversion, so not that many of the 188 units are available. Sales seem to have chugged right along since closings started last year.

The apartments have smallish rooms, so no scope for grandiose kitchens and baths.

If you're OK with a walk-up, the absence of elevators will help keep CCs down.

Also, very long walk to the subway. Right on the highway. Undesirable in many respects.
