It seems to me that the listing says, "convertible 2" in the title alone, and is properly listed as a 1 bed/1 bath apartment as of the time of this comment, unless it has been changed in the last 17 hours since you wrote. So what's the problem? Search for apartments that are "real" 2 bedroom apartments, or you will see 1 bedrooms with extra rooms to convert, which looks like it would be the dining room in this unit.

To say the realtor isn't very nice seems a little ridiculous, since you have already made a basically invalid complaint, then gave your 2 cents on the price. I'm sure given the way you have written here that you were super pleasant to them about the whole situation....which is why I am sure they were so pleasant with you.
