not a lot of traffic on the NJ streeteasy... maybe there needs to be a better way to advertise it on the main streeteasy site. i only discovered it by accidentally rolling the mouse cursor over the "new york city" text on the main page.

a great blog most north jerseyites read is njrereport.com. i think they'll find this search engine a great tool. maybe advertise there?
