Apartment Opening Up at Lexington House

There are currently no 1BR's available in the Lexington House on 56th st, however I have a 1BR that that will open up April 1st. Just posted it to street easy. It's the assumption on my lease for 3 months and whoever assumes it gets the option to enter into a 1 or 2 year lease. Search Lexington House

BLDG abhors lease breaks and lease assignments. Your potential subletter is going to get their ass kicked. NOt worth it. Stay away.
