Real Estate not good hedge as taxes will become larger than profits as governments look to cover up holes in it's congressional deficit spending. Stock Market will close 2013 below Dow 11,500. Housing will resume it's bear market as Federal Reserve suddenly begins to question it's easing programs as crude oil and food prices surge to new highs. In 2014 China floats her currency and thus the Dollar-RMB peg is dismantled. Rising U.S. Gov yields shock both stock and real estate markets. *all views expressed of my opinion.
