building at 255 West End Avenue

Discussion about 255 West End Avenue in Lincoln Square
I would appreciate any insights into this building, pros/cons, etc. The maintenance seems extremely high and only 40% tax deductible and has apparently risen recently. It's a nice location although I wonder if loud since the bus station is right in front. Thanks.
