CondoPresident, silly you. You haven't heard about ...... drum roll ............. shadow inventory. Oh, yes, I know you can't feel it, see it, smell it, or taste it, but that's why it's called "shadow." You and everyone else just don't realize that there's a secret cache of inventory being kept off the market in order to fool you into thinking you have valuable property. When it comes out of the shadow, it's going to be really, really scarey. Of course, never mind that it's being hidden by being temporarily converted to rentals. They're not really renting for as much as they say they are, because people get free rent for signing leases. Etc., etc., etc. You know the drill.

Hey, Lance1, did you happen to note just a touch of irony in my post? I'm sorry, I should have written down to comic book level so I could not be misinterpreted. What I said in the above post, translated into the most literal, grade-school-level reading, is: "CondoPresident, I guess the talk about shadow inventory was pretty stupid, wasn't it? Even so, look to see more protestations that the Williamsburg market is about to crash." And, just for the record, comments like "take your head out of your ass" are not only rude and obnoxious, but demonstrative of an inability to express oneself using the English language. But that is only to be expected from someone who reads a post agreeing with his or her point of view and then attacking the person because he or she doesn't even realize it. Wow.
