Many vendors offer warranties. But you need to look at them from theperspective
of whether they will be around for the warranty period. An alternative is to ask
a managing agent friend for referrals of vendors that have done a good job

Pistilli = awful management company.

Keep in mind you'll have to redo it every few years.
