Discussion about Mayfair Towers at 15 West 72nd Street in Upper West Side

How much is the cost of the garage at this building now? Is there a waiting list? are residents guaranteed a spot? Thanks.

Cost is 800/month for car, 900/month for SUV. You are pretty much guaranteed to get a space if you live in the building. But -- if you are willing to walk a few blocks, you can get indoor parking for as little as $275/month. Call ICON's main number and negotiate -- they have many garages in the neighborhood.
