Last we heard (this month) was that closings were still anticipated for "late summer".

thanks for replying! who do you guys usually check with? the developer himself? we asked our lawyer to check in for us and he didn't seem to be very happy to do it.

No problem - we are curious for information too. It was actually through the mortgage broker, not the developer - our next step will likely be to touch base with the developer directly to see what information we can get. Let us know if you hear anything!

I'm financing in the building and currently it seems late summer is the target date. But with new construction it is always tough to say since completion also involves the dept of buildings, ag, etc. Im following up as well since timing is important to know for the financing end of things. sunny.hong@decapitalmortgage.com
