Can't figure out if it's a sponsor sale. Any clues?

My guess is that it is not a sponsor unit. I would think that it would be mentioned in the set up information. There is usually interest in sponsor units which dictates a higher price. That said, the price; it's more than the apt upstairs (12D) which sold at the end of the bubble with a better kitchen. Speaking of the kitchen, it looks like a sponsor reno which now makes me wonder. I like the layout if for one person or a thin couple. Who knows?
