Discussion about 360 East 72nd Street #C2500
Gut reno post-war and sold for 1100 per sq ft. Even this manhattan real estate bull can not believe it. Looks like renting will be cheaper after all due to Manhattan prices hitting all time high soon without adjusting for inflation.

Sold for the asking $1.295mm.

IMHO this only goes to show the sales appeal of sponsor units - as in NO BOARD APPROVAL.
