Hi, I made an offer and found out that this is only commercial contract, NOT residential. It's not correct to ad this space as live/work!

Again, this is a live/work space. It is adverstized correctly. Sorry if you are upset about something. To anyone who has questions about this apartment, please feel free to contact us directly. Furthermore, since we have had so many requests for a strictly residential space, we are changing the zoning.
