I dont know about buying with them but renting was okay. Which property are you looking at , is it the View in LIC, are they open yet?

im looking at 99 john..my experince with them is no consestancy, so depending on who u talk to you always get something different

I rented in the Fairfax for many years. Not a bad thing to say about them...

Had a bad experience with them in Chelsea. Broker lied about planned constuction to building next door, how they lock you into "their" cable/internet provider, and about their cleaning policy on the carpets.

I'm really sorry, I got my companies mixed up. I've also been with Rockrose, they are excellent. The problem I had was with Related Rentals not Rockrose.

has anyone bought anything from them ?
