Discussion about 325 Fifth Avenue in Midtown South
Be aware of Coopersquare, the management of this building:It is over 4 months that I am trying to recoup a move in deposit I made on behalf of a client and, the few times that i reach the building manager at Coopersquare, he assures me that the check will be sent back momentarily. it has not done yet and he stopped answering e-mail and calls I complained about this on their web site and nobody answered Today I sent a Fax to the company president...

I've mentioned before on other posts, we use them in my condo and CooperSquare are uniformly super lazy and unresponsive. Beware....

thieves who fill the pockets of boards. if they don't, they are kicked out immediately.

whoever has local 11 being done, watch out. your pockets will be linty once they are done taking every penny out of them.

This is the worst management company in NYC. I cannot take it anymore and must vent!
