replace old recessed lights with track lighting

Discussion about
small apt, 450 sq feet; very poor lighting with only 2 recessed lights, would like to change to modern track lighting to minimize ceiling repairs, etc. any ideas about cost of electrical work, excluding fixtures. also need to replace small bathroom vanity (24") and toilet. any recommendations for contractors for small job like this
