Coop Cosmetic Updates

Hi, I'm really interested in purchasing a two bedroom apartment in Manhattan but there's definitely a few cosmetic changes that I would want done before moving in. So, I was wondering if anyone can give me a ballpark idea of how much the following renovations would cost so I can determine if I can afford it: 1. New hardwood floors so would need to remove the existing 'plywood' that's currently there. Covering approx. 600 sq ft. 2. Painting in three rooms and put in molding along floors and ceilings 3. Remove one closet and install new one that would have custom organization inside. 4. Replace laminate kitchen countertop with a granite or concrete top Thank you again!
