coop fraud ?

I was the Treasurer for 3 years on a co-op board. In an annual meeting that I missed, I found out they voted me out. I have not received any formal notice that I am no longer a board member. Is this correct ? Also, Recently a Re-Fi was done on a $500,000 loan and the cost to close was $50,00 , I started to investigate and only with the presidents signature on the closing statements I feel something is very wrong! What can I do at this point ? (The president has Zero knowledge of real estate) Please advise, thank you
