Apparently seller accepted an offer but deal fell through due to 1st time buyer getting cold feet. After getting outbid on 39 e 12th st #402, this is the next one on my list. The layout is quite spacious with the office area in foyer, open layout kitchen and large dining/living space including balcony in back. No views really, as it's the back of the building but having the balcony helps. I do think it's priced right for the sqft and location (has two actual entrances one on bway one on 4th ave). I think both the kitchen and bathroom could use a bit of updating along with a few other small things like ripping out the "vanity" area in the bathroom. Maint is 57% deductible and 25% financing. What does everyone think - I could use a second opinion? Thanks all
