Happy to announce we just closed on the sale of 2B for $3,375,000, or $1,784 per square foot - a record for the building, and an improvement on the sale price of 4B, which also just closed for $3,225,000.

Easy truth, this was on the market for any extremely long time. A self-congratulatory posting is perfectly appropriate.
