Amendment to offering plan I am on a board of condominium in Brooklyn. We need to file an amend to our parking spaces - the number of spaces and the marking were done incorrectly from the initial offering plan. Q1 - Do i need an attorney to prepare that new 'page' in the offering book, or can I make a copy of the page and write over it (or maybe even create a new plan, since the number of spaces had changed). Q2 - where do I file it, so it becomes a legal amendment to the offering plan. Appreciate any advice, J. Spektor
