Tough to determine just how spacious this apartment is with no floor plan and fuzzy photos.

what the fuck do you think you are going to get for that price? and "spacious" is in the eye of the beholder.

Mets79--Yes, photos are terrible, and having no floor plan makes it tough to know much. I commented on the size because I've been in an equivalent apt in this building (I believe this to be the E line of apts). Decent-sized studio (for Manhattan),but makes for a micro 1BR.

my first apartment in the city is what i would refer to as a "spacious" 500 square foot one bedroom. no wasted space, good closets, narrow long rooms. not sure what you are used to, but it isn't necessarily as small as you are making it out to be.
