Carly Simon's unit back on the market - went from $3.85 million in 2008 to now $2.275. :-/

Maybe they should stage it. Hideous furniture.

It's already (somewhat) re-staged. There was a flatscreen over the fireplace and random fabrics draped over everything. I don't know if this unit is comparable for the area or overpriced.One thing I do like about it (though it's certainly not going to be to everyone's taste) is the large bathtub installed in the sitting room next to the fireplace on the 2nd level.
