The area in North Bay Village not only varies block by block but also building by building. But the area is upgrading and should be a good investment if you choose carefully and stay for the long haul.

There are gated communities and public housing. You literally have to come here and check it out block by block to see what you are comfortable with. North Miami Beach missed a great deal of the gentrifying in the boom times but plans were made and it is slowly coming to pass. North Bay Village is right in the cross hairs. Some love it, others not. I don't know Cielo but really, you have to come here to see what you are comfortable with. It is a subjective thing. But I think it is well worth the investigation. This area will slowly evolve.

How will the area evolve? I hear that there are lots of foreigners buying up properties, but are the jobs/poulation growing?
