Discussion about 15 Central Park West #7K
Guess nobody told the seller (a doctor in Tampa) that there's 15CPW and then there's 15CPW.
I have no idea what the market is for $5 million crash pads, but I would comfortably guess anyone with this type of money isn't just going to throw it into a large 1 BR apt on the wrong side of the courtyard at 15 CPW. Who knows, but seems to me that this shouldn't fetch any more than half the asking price.
Why would you not just get a suite at the Mandarin every time you are in NYC.
Agree with Pawn_Harvester. I don't understand that building for anyone unless you have prime, park view with a big apartment. Getting a one bedroom in there seems silly.
Guywithcat is an antagonist. PLease SHUT UP
I though that was sonwithabutterfly.
For 5 million, I'll take a 5 bedroom in a great building on Riverside Drive, or even a 3-4 bedroom in a great building on Park. I definitely wouldn't blow 5 mil on a one bedroom, that just seems stupid IMO.
lifted!
It's cute how they call the one and only bedroom the "master" bedroom.
AND it's only 13x13 to boot!
Other than the kitchen (which appears to have a lot of storage but is otherwise not memorable), it looks like a luxury hotel suite. Since I don't normally book that type of accommodation, I have know idea what the the break even point for this apartment would be. As a full time residence it makes NO sense, if you are single and have unlimited funds, wouldn't you still want a 2 bedroom for an office and/or guest room. But someone saw value here because its in contract.
