Discussion about Wellington Tower at 350 East 82nd Street in Yorkville
Why are the common charges/tax so high? Any other issues known about this building?

There are alot of amenities in this building. The apartments are actually quite small, mostly starter apartments.

I believe the reason why the apartments are small is because this was conversion from rental to condo. This place has lots of amenities and your paying for them whether through taxes or common charges or both.
