Imperial Moving

I've used them a few times for various moves in the city. I was happy with the results and kept using them. The last time I moved, April 2012, I had a lot of issues with the move. They wanted to charge me for an extra hour for the move, but when I pointed out that one of the men showed up two hours late, they agreed to drop that charge. Then they wanted me to pay for a parking ticket they received and for extra materials they used to move some mirrors. After speaking with the manager, they eventually dropped all the extra charges. I guess it depends on the movers they send you that day.
