This is a fake seller and is never serious about selling the apartment. In last six months they have listed and delisted 3 times. We spent a long time in negotiating and then finally got the contract. After we signed the contract the seller's lawyer said that they dont want to sell the apartment. We had heard the same from previous bidders as well. Even the broker (Battery Park Reality) is not at all professional. I would appeal to people that do not waste your time ever in looking at this place as they just keep testing the market and never sell.
