Did these studios sell?

No Longer Available can mean a number of things:
- sold/closed but improperly updated in the broker's database
- taken off the market (after sale fell through)
- sale fell through and broker's marketing agreement has expired - may be relisted with them or another broker, once the seller regroups

Both of the recent studios in the history for the building, 2D 5G, show as having gone into the contract if you look at the history on the apartments' listing pages. 2D likely closed- you would see an ACRIS filing in the coming weeks. 5G looks like it was relisted and pulled again late last year after falling out of contract.

StreetEasy gathers all its data from brokers, yes. Many brokerages have set up data feeds between their own listings databases and StreetEasy. For others, StreetEasy is just downloading pages from their website and extracting the data that way. I believe sellers/brokers can log into StreetEasy if they want to directly adjust listing details, add other data, or list a property only on StreetEasy. But the majority of the information is sourced elsewhere, which can sometimes lead to inaccuracies, listings disappearing temporarily, etc.
